法式蒜香包烘焙過程(組圖)
1. 準備材料:10G牛油,蒜頭2顆,香菜適量;2. 準備材料:1個法包;
3. 法包切片待用;
4. 牛油放至室溫,沒耐心的話,可以隔水加熱,但不能全融化;
5. 把蒜頭變成蒜蓉與牛油放在一起,待用;
6. 在調料上撒點香菜末,增加香味;
7. 充分攪拌調料,待用;
8. 把蒜蓉塗到切好的麵包片上;
9. 烤箱預熱,然後在180度烤5分鐘,完成.
